I had one of those omg my Callie is great moments yesterday lol. I have had the flu and been pretty sick and been in bed a lot and my grandma will come in my room and check on me and Callie has been coming in with her to check on me too sometimes gives me a quick kiss and leaves. Well we had a guy come out yesterday because our (Me and Callie live with my grandparents they where made my guardians when I was 18 so I could have health insurance because my anxiety and depression right now keep me from getting a job) heater/ac thing was sounding like a mac truck well they found out at 8:30am after the guy checked it out that we where going to have to get a new heater/ac thing the unit thats outside and the thing thats inside and my room is right next to the inside one so I had to get out of bed dress callie send her out to pee and pack up my meds and things I would need and go upstairs (we have a bathroom and two rooms upstairs) for the day and for the first two hours my grandma was upstairs with us while my grandpa stayed down stairs with the workers. Well I was in the guest bed upstairs resting and my grandpa had an appointment to go to so my grandma had to put Callie in the guest room with me while she came down stairs to be with the workers. She put food and water in the room as well as some toys and a dog bed. Well Callie got up on the bed and looked at me so I lifted up the covers and placed her next to me and tucked us in and we both drifted in and out of sleep and she stayed in the same spot next moving only a little bit to get comfy ocasionaly for at least 3 hours! I swear it made me feel better having her tucked in next to me. She normally at night sleeps in her own bed unless shes sick or not feeling well then she will sleep in my bed with me. Even though shes 15 pounds I'm afraid I will roll onto her or something because I move a lot in my sleep except like yesterday because I was so sick I wasn't moving around much and it was so nice having her right there with me and still amazed she stayed there for at least 3 hours! She could hear the mean downstairs but she wouldnt move to the door she would just listen from the bed cuddled next to me.
