I had a yorkie with a fatty tumor, it was probably the size of a quarter. When the vet removed it, she said it was filled with "black goo." She had never seen anything like it, so she sent it to Texas A&M just to be sure, but it was nothing. I think it was black inside because it was on her back, and just picked up black pigments that are naturally in that area of the body.
