It may be caught on his hair. Have her check around his penis for hair that may have slipped inside and pull any out that she can. Also, try to pull the skin up over his penis. If this doesn't work, she needs to get him in to the vet ASAP - don't wait for this afternoon! If exposed too long, the flesh can dry out and the penis can be damaged. If so, this could require surgery. Please give us an update later on how he's doing.
