I'm going to "third" the Wal-Mart recommendation (and I can't stand that company, my husband worked for them years ago), I just got Galahad a new little coat there a few days ago, as the one we had was not working for the wet weather. I got a cute little tan one with a fur-rimmed hood that snaps on and off. The outside of the jacket is that slick material, the inside is fleece-like. It's warm but not overly bulky, so he has no trouble moving freely in it. The price tag? A whole whopping $9.
