I think the angle here might be how so many people--family, friends, and total strangers--are coming together, coming forth, calling you, knocking on your door, donating money in hard times; how employees--some ignoring the rules--have posted Cookie's information on bulletin boards.People Come Together to Reunite One Woman With One Small Dog. How One Small Dog Brings Strangers Together.
Headlines were never my strong suit, but you get the idea. |
I really like what you wrote here. Strangers from come together to help reunite one woman with her small dog.
That got my attention.
This headline is very true. I get calls, emails from people out of state. So many people telling me they are praying. I know of many people in my city that are truly keeping their eyes peeled and are not concerned about hearting a neighbor's feelings. If they see something , they call me!
People making calls to shelters. When I call , I usually get a response from the operator telling " Someone just called about your dog"
YT THANK YOU. I have been able to spread the word this far because of so many people adding a link to a new site where I could post, a phone number...people making calls. All this helps. In the back of my mind I keep feeling that I am bugging the heck out of the person that have Cookie. I keep thinking that they are thinking " OMG lady just drop it already!"
Not gonna happen. I'm getting large Ziploc bags and putting new fliers in the main streets. THis way they will last for a while there.
I still havent put up our tree! It's 9.5 ft tree so that will take a whole day to do.
Will check with animal control in the morning.
