After receiving such a positive response in Australia, and after seeing the eagerness with which British fans have clamored for a UK seminar tour, Cesar is absolutely thrilled to announce that he will be getting the chance to visit the region for the first time in his life. He is stopping by briefly this month for a media tour, and then we begin the countdown to March 2010, during which he will be reaching out to audiences in London, Birmingham, Cardiff, Wembly, Manchester, Nottingham, Newcastle, Glasgow, Belfast, Dublin, Liverpool, and Sheffield.
