I don't like to see dogs tied outside ANYWHERE, and I don't like seeing them in the open back of a pick-up, but these things are seen all the time. When I was in San Francisco in August, here is what I found tied outside the little restaurant we were going to eat breakfast at. This was across the Golden Gate in Sausalito. It was early morning and still chilly out, but this dog had tons of hair and the owner was just about a foot away from him at a window seat. I still felt sorry for this baby, and kept him company till we were called in to eat. |
