Is she scheduled for a bile acids test? That's the one she needs to rule out liver disease.

Dr. Center recommends that all Yorkies have a bile acids test once they reach 20 weeks old since liver shunts are so common in the breed, not just those who are showing symptoms. It will also give your vet a baseline in the future should she start showing symptoms and may prevent invasive and expensive tests like biopsies later on.
