I would take her in just to be checked. She may have weaker muscles in that back leg. If the vet says it's nothing major than I would do water therapy with her. I had to when my 4 week old puppy sprained his front leg. I just filled up the sink and held him up and made him swim and every other day I put a splint on him to straighten out the muscle and tendon. It took only about a week to fix.
