 Puppy Leg Question
I have a new 10 week old puppy that I have a question about. I think she is slightly favoring her back right leg. She does not seem to be in pain. She runs, jumps, and plays like normal but I think the leg turns in slightly. When she falls, that leg is always under her and that is the side she rests on. Never the other side. It is really cold here and when we were outside, for a potty break, I thought I seen her limping. And, she was hopping with both back legs together rather than normally with one leg then the other. Does this makes sense? I know she has not been injured in my care. I had her to the vet and she did a physical exam and everything was normal, but that was before I began to wonder. Am I just over conscience? We lost a puppy to a terrible accident and I don't want to go through another traumatic experience. Is she too young for any problems to be showing up? |
