When my two younger ones were puppies I had them on Royal Canin, the puppy version think it's called Junior.

Now they're on different things.
Ellie is on Royal Canin Yorkshire, as is my old one, as they both are very inclined to getting the runs at the least little upset.
This & W/H high fiber, which the vet swears by, are the only manufactured food that don't give them the trots.
My old one went through five courses of anti-biotics at a different vet trying to sort it out! Then Royal Canin introduced Yorkshire specifically for the breed, I put her on it ( after finding it was advised for tummy problems) & she turned the corner....was diet related all along!

My other youngster is on James Wellbeloved though as he has allergies & can't tolerate anything else, they make him wheeze & itch.

But get some Promax.
It's brilliant stuff to have on standby in the first aid box.
You can get it from the vet or online. It isn't a drug, it's a pro-biotic paste. You give a tiny bit twice a day, the dose is on the syringe, & it clears up the runs like magic.
My vet recommended it, he swears by it for his cats too, & I wouldn't be without it, saved lots of problems & vet bills.
