The yorkie was 5 years old and so terrified that they were not going to let her go for awhile. I applied to be a foster for the 3 1/2 month old female pom and was approved, Yikes! I am suppossed to get her tomorrow after she is groomed. This is my first time fostering anything. I read the stick on fostering on the Rescue forum but since she is so young I wonder if she will have different issues. Any advise will be greatly appreciated. |

That's so sweet of you. I am going there this afternoon and I will see if they are still needing foster homes. If so I will get you the form to fill out. The web site for them is Save a Pet and it is in grayslake, IL . Most of the rescues were females as they wanted to get the breeders out of there so they can't be bought by more puppymillers and continue the cycle. I will let you know. Thanks
