Lola was also sent home with a cone, but we haven't used it yet. I found a tip on here for getting baby onesies to keep them in, and that worked fairly well at first. Only problem was she's so little she kept shimmying out of them at night
I ended up taking part of a sleeve from a turtleneck, cutting holes in it for her legs, and she's doing great in that. Not the most fashionable dress, but it serves the purpose and keeps her (and her brother Toby) from bothering the incision area! Depending on how big Sydney is, the onesies might be a good thing to try. Hang in there, I know today will seem like the longest day ever, but it will pass
