Why wouldn't they lose their molars? i kept all of Uni's that i found. They are TINY! most of the time I think they do end up swallowing their baby teeth. i saw some in her poop, I thought they were worms at first. Those I didn't keep. LOL But anything you swallow you have a chance of choking on.
