I have social anxiety and depression so I dont go out that much and when I do I'm lucky enough to have someone who is here to stay with Callie so shes never been alone but if I leave her even if someone else is here she normally sleeps the hole time and durning the day when I'm here she sleeps a bit too so more then likely he will sleep most of the time. But some things that mite be fun for him while you are gone maybe the toys that dispense treats when you knock them around and play with them and maybe the toys that have toys inside of them that he could pull out.
