Why would you even think of doing this ? There are safety precautions set for a reason and anyone sneaking anything on an airline is asking for trouble not just for yourself & your dog ...but think of the other passengers and the time wasted when you get caught.
Security has way better things to do than detain people trying to sneak things on an aircraft ! - sorry to be blunt
