My dogs sound like yours.... they are SOOOO hyper ALL the time. They never calm down. We walk them twice a day and that seems to help.......
One of my neighbors told me to get them some interactive toys to keep them occupied and exercise their minds.... that keeps them out of trouble.
If you put your on the treadmill I would just be really careful
