I just went through all of this same stuff when I brought Lucy home a few months ago....
Make sure that you always give your first Yorkie attention BEFORE you give the new puppy attention. My vet told me that it is very important.
I let them steal each others toys and I let them fight it out--- that is what dogs do!
However, Lucy can sometimes bully my other yorkie, Hendrix and if she is stealing ALL the toys from him and being mean then I will usually interfere and give him back his toys and tell the little brat to be nice
