Call it a sad reflection on my life if you want, but Eddie's training day is the highlight of my week. We've been to basic obedience, advanced beginner and are just wrapping up attention class. That's 22 weeks, and we haven't missed a class. I don't think I could say the same for my work.
The obedience part of it is great. He (mostly) comes when I call him now. But the bonding is even better. It's like we're learning to communicate, and I think he appreciates it as much as I.
