Teddy learned to use the electric toothbrush early on. Here's a link to his video. All three of my dogs do brush their teeth but only Teddy uses the electric one. When they were puppies, I got them used to putting my hands in their mouths and getting them to first accept the toothpaste. Once they did that I let them see the toothbrush. Eventually they allowed me to go ahead and scrub their teeth. Now, I scale their teeth and brush them and they just sit there and let me. I've had 9 years of practice but it was not hard. Barney is 9 years old and has never needed a professional cleaning at the dentist and Daisy has only needed one in 9 years. Teddy's teeth have nothing to scale yet
