We gave in and just bought an e-collar by Soft Cone I think is the name. We got it at Pet Supermarket for $17.99 it just velcros closed. It's nice and soft and cushiony they can lay on it but its still stiff enough that it keeps her from being able to lick anything.
She peed in her onesie a 2nd time and I just decided to go out and get the collar instead. We were out doing a bit of christmas shopping and the porch doors were closed but she has had accidents on this one rug in the living room when we first got her once or twice and she must have tried to go there, though there is no evidence but it's the only thing I can think of why she'd pee inside because she NEVER has but it would have been about the time when we'd take her out or let her out on the porch to go. We weren't much later coming home though but yeah..
She seems ok otherwise, just upset about this e-collar deal. She keeps trying to get it off somehow and wobbling about. I guess it messes with their balance a little? |
