Did your pups ever have two full sets? Or was it just the Canines? Alfie seems to have lost none of his baby teeth and yet have a full set of adult teeth too.
I will leave them for now and see how he goes, just give him plenty to chew on!! Atleast they don't seem to be bothering him at all.
