Both of my babies had double (adult and baby) upper and lower canine teeth. Brody had lost all his baby teeth by the time he was a year old. Rhianna held on to her two top baby canine teeth until she was 16 months old.
Personally, I'd wait and see. . .I used to wiggle them nightly and also chewing on a nylabone or rawhide bone really helps alot!
