Her incision looks very much the same as you're describing, her stitches are going to dissolve on their own. I would say try taking your baby outside to do her business. If it's raining, use an umbrella to hold over her. I don't think that would get her incision wet enough to worry about and would probably be easier for both of you. If the onesie isn't working, do you have an e-collar to use? The vet gave us one but we haven't needed it yet.
She was spayed on thursday as well. The thing is the grass here in FL is very tall and thick that they use in landscaping. Before she was spayed it would rain and I'd still take her outside to potty, but she'd come in with her belly soaked just from going in the grass a teeny bit to pee then run out of the grass (she hates it when its wet). So I don't think that it would be good to take her outside just now.

I took a warm wet cloth and just wiped around the area and not on the area and the parts of her hair around that were damp from her peeing in the onesie on accident.

I'm posting a picture, I hope this is not against rules. It's not too gross I don't think so maybe it'll be okay. Please let me know if this is against rules for future reference. Just wanted you all to see what I am seeing to make sure we are OK.
