$4000 is a lot of money for a traditional colored yorkie. Most of them run from $1000 to $1200.
look at websites, find the look that you are looking for, then reswearch the breeder. When you find one you like, contact them about their puppies.
Low prices do not mean poor quality and high prices do not mean high quality.
Be aware of marketing terms such as doll face, teacup etc.
Do not buy from a breeder who is willing to let the puppy go before 10 weeks.
