OMG you are making me cry. Today I was just going to burst again in tears but I swallowed so hard and said NO 'Im not crying right now, I will PM you the avid chip and get the names of the Managers in the Humance Society and Animal Control for my area. Any help especially that you work in the same field is a lot of help!
