Default No sutures?

I was looking at Lollis incision today, as requested by the vet to check every day. Well we have her in this onesie deal instead of an e-collar as so many people suggested and it was way cheaper.. So we have to take it off her butt to let her use the bathroom, the trouble is the first night we had to keep it off all night because we figured she would need to go as she wasn't really awake most of that day.. but she wasn't doing much activity that night anyway especially not bending to lick or anything.

But then this morning.. my mom had her to go to the bathroom (it's been raining so hard here for 3 days that we have been letting her 'go' on newspaper on the lanai) but didn't snap her butt back into the onesie for a couple hours before I woke up. I told her to do so so I don't know why she didn't.. anyways..

So I was checking the incision and its only about 1 inch long, is that normal or am I just not seeing the rest of it? Also I didn't seem to really see any sutures, and no strings laying around the floor either if she had pulled them. But it also looks not swollen, but red-ish just on this weird lumpy part that is the length of the incision. She was spayed thursday in the late morning so is this a normal redness? And why can't I see the actual sutures? The wound isn't bleeding or like I said there is no swelling, just kind of like hard to explain. It's like if you have a deep scar, how it bulges out just a little.

The vet is closed on the weekends apparently so I thought I'd ask opinions here first before trying to call their emergency center, as it might not really be an emergency as I have no experience with spaying dogs they've always already been.

I might be able to get a picture of it, she lets me look at it with ease she thinks I'm gonna rub her belly, which I do :P

She doesn't seem in pain or uncomfortable or anything or trying to mess with the incision even though shes got the onesie on now. She's almost as active as normal, but I think the onesie has her confused she isn't quite 100% as 'normal' yet but she's not overly lethargic or anything. She comes when you call her, eats and drinks and goes potty normally. Everything is fine other than the wound thing which could be normal, I wouldn't know!
