My little girls right eye has been leaking some yellowish puss while she sleeps, does anyone have any type of idea what may cause this ??should i rush her to the vet ?? She is 14 months old and weighs 3.5 pounds.

If anyone has any advice please let me know, i want to thank everyone in advance for any and all information thay may have.
