I am also trying to stay fit. I have a wii that I use when I can't go outside or after work. I also have a treadmill that I just start back on tonight.

I try to do active things as much as I can and I learned different eatting habits. Has anyone tried weight watchers? I am not signed up but I use their principles. I have a number of points I can eat a day and I go from there. It is great becuase it is not really a diet. It allows you to eat anything you want... But if you eat that candy bar you have less points for later. This allows you to eat and not feel guilty and also makes you aware of things you "think" are healthy but really are not. I am actually within my healthy weight range... 6'0 and I can go up to 180... But I have a smaller frame then most people my height... I am currently around 155... And really I just want to get toned and eat healthier for me.
