My puppy Lucy is almost 6 months old and her ears just went up last week.
However, they were up when she was around 12 weeks and they were up for about a week and then they both went completely floppy again. When they are teething and growing it is normal for the ears to go up and down.
Her ears are both straight up now and I think they will stay that way now.... but as I said.... she is 6 months old, so a couple months older than your pup. ..... just wait - they will stand up
