needless to say she's sleeping in her crate tonight...i'll miss her in my bed.

anyways, i also applied her flea and tick stuff tonight, i hadn't been putting in on since it was getting colder outside, but then i forgot that she could get fleas from another dog even in petsmart or something so i put it on to be safe and will continue year round from now on.

thanks for the help...hope she gets them out and starts to finally put on some weight now.
Winston had tapeworms before I got him and they went un-noticed for a little while. I think you're pretty much bound to get some kind of "worm" issue in your house at one point (unless no one ever comes in or out lol.) Sadie should be pretty good 24 hours after the fact - but in case no one mentioned it to you at the vets, make sure you clean everything! Make sure you vacuum your rugs/floors and wash anything she's slept on (like pillows and blankets and your bed.) You don't have to go crazy about it (like bleach and such) just a wash to help take care of any eggs that just might be hanging around.

Our tapeworm debacle started the whole debate about our house being infested without our knowledge and him showing no signs () so you may also want to step up your vacuuming routine a bit just to make sure. (Its said to take care of a very large percentage of fleas and won't harm anything.)
