Chase had two ticks this summer and I thought the same about Frontline but the vet asked me how often I was applying it. I responded once a month. He said it had to be given every 28 days. He said to mark the calendar and see if he is still getting them. If so..he said we can do every 26-27 days. Don't bathe him for two days before and after the application. Good luck!
