Thank you so much for the replies after I made the post he threw up 2 more time so I called the Vet (thankfully they are right down the street) They told me to bring him in, he has a temp of 102.9 so they gave him a shot of anti nausea medicine, and drew some blood so we will have the results in the morning they gave me a can of ID for him. She wants to wait to give me any meds until the blood work comes back. I called all the doggies he has been in contact with the last 48 hours just to let them know to watch for signs. He was at doggie day care yesterday and the day before so I called there as well and they told me that they had a dog this morning that was throwing up, I am hoping that it is just a little bug something viral and they asked that I call them in the AM after the vet calls me. Even the vet said he could come in contact with what appears to be a healthy dog who is a carrier of something. So thats what I am going for , just a simple virus that will run its corse and cause no harm. |
