I can understand how frustrated you are!
I hate it when people have dogs and don't consider them a member of the family. I always consider when I adopt a dog or purchase a dog that it is a lifetime commitment. No dog is perfect and you work with what you got.
It is sad to say that she has no clue how to be a pet owner, ypu can turn most any dog into a loving family memeber with commitment love and praise! I feel sad for her dogs, but they might be better off!
I would NEVER let my husband tell me I had to get rid of any of my animals no matter what!!!
