I like the final 15 club, it's catchy.
I try to just eat the bad stuff every now and then, like on the weekend if I go out I let myself eat guilt free. And I try to work out every week day. I only lost a half a pound this week and the last, so I'm a pound behind, so I really need to step it up if I want to stay on track. The last two weeks I've not been very good at the dieting or making sure I exercised every day, so I guess my weekends off are going to have to go until I get caught up lol. |
