Two issues that may be attributed to her squeaking sound could be a reverse sneeze which sounds mostly like a goose honk very common in yorkies and does not cause any problems.Second could be a collapsed trachea which is more serious and she should really be seen by a vet to rule it out.Shivering could be a sign of fear ,give her time to adjust.White goo is not normal but does not sound like an infection ,perhaps she has hair poking into her eye that could be causing the irritation.
Baths should be given every 7-10 days .
