  You know what I don't buy it.  When I have new families picking up their pups.  I provide them with an baby book, an encyclopedia.  It contains everything about that puppy, it's background, medical records, pics, how to on everything from hyperglycemia, to coccidia, giardia, liver shunt, etc.  The signs to look for and what to do, along with calling me.  We sit and go through the list of instruction on everything.   My families have always told me that the reason that they chose to buy a pup from me is that I cared enough to educate them and was honest with them...
