Oh no, I am not a breeder and would not even attempt it. I just had never seen a parti locally and thought I'd share... I agree with all of you that this person does not sound like a good breeder. In the paper she has "VERY RARE" written just like that... she's just trying to make the big bucks! I also hate when people say "purse puppy" because that is just so. . . stupid. Ugh.
The little baby does have a cute little face though!
