I live on 3 acres of land with 90 acres of farmland behind me so I drive 5 mins up the road to walk Jackson in a nice neighborhood. Find a local neighborhood. The walks really are important... even if they have a big backyard, it doesn't make up for that pack walk. It really tires them out mentally and physically especially with all the new sights and smells. I take Jackson to the dog park as often as I can, lately it's been 2-3x a week or so. It really tires him out! Also, I read once on YT that a person would throw a toy down the stairs so the dog would run down the stairs, and back up the stairs, and got really worn out. I play fetch with Jackson when it's too cold to go outside.
