Wow! Any tips? I'm terrible with my eating habits. I'd like to shed 20lbs by summer and I know I have a while to do it... but I get so lazy. I'm not a lazy person, I like to get out and do walks (no running!) and things outdoors. But I can't help but eat bad. Are you still occasionally eating the bad things, just doing in smaller portions? Or should you cut them out completely?
