Rosie is 9.5 months and fingers crossed we have cracked the pooty issue, she's never taking to pads prefering to destroy them, same with news paper, far to much fun there. Sunday night we had aired Ceasers methods for bringing a puppy home & house traing, so I decided to go back to basics as Rosie was/is still having the odd accident during the day. Now she preferes sleeping in the crate in the kitchen its become easy to justtake her out after food or when she gets up, plus their daily walk. Its working I think because she has never ascociated the kitchen with a place to pee or poop. She has free access to the carpeted area after shes been out to do her potty.Hopefully one day she'll follow Alfie and begin to ask to be let out. |
