Cause they are cheap....that's why. LOL. They chose not to upgrade their own accounts to provide all the information. Personally I click the back button on those ads. I browse puppyfind quite frequently and usually visit websites if the information is given...it's a great venue to increase traffic to your site...so I don't really understand it either.
