Wow, I wasn't touching the meat to protect the animal, not me ...So does this mean that the meat always has a certain amount of bacteria in it? I don't wear gloves, but I do wash everything in hot soapy water, after meals are served...I've never thought about Apple kissing me, after she eats???? Someone did tell me they didn't feed raw, because of grandchildren...However, I was thinking that would be an issue, only if the food were to be bad or processed incorrectly, not just in all the medallions? Can anyone clarify this for me?
