You are just giving yourself false hope. They may have even placed the dog somewhere else by now, and therefore they cannot get her back either. If the law did not enforce contracts we would all be in serious trouble. The law does not reverse cotracts just because someone had second thoughts.

You did the right thing. Just trust that she is getting the care she needs.


I have seen people reclaim their dogs that I would NEVER have thought would happen. One signed her pup over to a shelter....the shelter turned it over to a rescue and she went to court and got the pup back!

You have not even seen this contract, so you really do not know that it is not possible.

Yes, it is how a person interprets the law. Isn't that what the Supreme Court does? Interpret? What many other people have done prior to it getting to them???
