I don't know about persimmons but I would probably do both at the same time. This way they will both be "out of it" at the same time and you can keep them on the same schedule for keeping activities down. They are supposed to stay quiet for 10 days or so after their procedures...not jumping type of things. Yeah, right. lol Good luck.
