it's an emergency hospital and they are very busy
when i called last week they put me on hold and never came back
the receptionist don't simply care
if we can only speak to dr norton or the ceo of the ER hospital
just to see at least how ava is doing; is she eating is she depressed; how are they treating her
and if they can accept 10% of the bill and i am willing to volunteer for the hospital; until i figure out something
i did send a letter to the ceo stating all this; but i am not holding my breath
i am afraid it's too late and won't be hearing from either hospitals
i am about to give up; i feel so helpless
i tried joining a group on yahoo; and they thought i was scamming them for money; which i never asked for
not sure how they came to this conclusion and how mean they were
people just don't have heart and compassion anymore
