my guess was under 1/2 a lb.
she said that her other litter from another female the pups at two weeks were this size and these ones are 4 1/2 weeks. smallest shes ever seen. yes the parenst are small. one being 3 lbs other 4 lbs. and their parents were small too.
I did send her the info on goats milk and gruel.
