Those two know how to push the buttons, don't they!?!? What I do is measure out Roxy's daily food amount in a cup in am. She gets part of it for morning & the rest later in the day. That way I don't forget to feed her in the evening. If there's food in the cup, she needs to eat. If it's empty I know she's been fed. I usually feed her, but dh has occasionally fed her too. This way I know she's not over eating. Of course, she has no competition. I do this just so I don't forget & do one of those "Did I feed her already, I don't remember" things. (Some days do get kinda crazy!) I just have to be consistant with the morning ritual.
