I personally would have them pulled and have had them pulled. Bella's wouldn't come out and I was beginning to see black plaque build up. I brushed and brushed and it wouldn't come out and she had REALLY BAD BREATHE! My boyfriend said it was the breathe of death! I'm glad we had them pulled, I didn't want to risk her teeth rotting.
