Willy was never a problem with the Christmas tree. Our cats are our problem children with the tree. When they were younger we would tie the tree to the nails that pictures were on(we take them down when the tree goes up). I decorate the tree with the animals in mind, I use glass balls on the upper portion & satin balls on the lower, NO tinsel & I use the beaded garland. I have to redecorate the lower portion of my tree every evening as the cats remove the balls and they are all over the house. I love the holiday & there is no point in cleaning up broken ornaments. My cats look forward to the tree every year, Willy doesn't really care either way.
